Whether you’re a homeowner, builder, or designer, we manufacture cabinetry built to fit your project. Below are answers to common questions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, simply start your project and we’ll take it from there.
Our process is designed to keep estimating accurate, production organized, and communication clear from start to finish.
1. Consultation (If Needed)
Submit your project details through our Start Your Project form. If you have measurements or plans, we can often provide an estimate without a site visit. For larger or more detailed projects, we may schedule a consultation to review the space in person.
2. Preliminary Estimate
Based on your scope, we provide a preliminary estimate to outline projected investment and confirm feasibility.
3. Deposit & Design Phase
Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit secures your place in our production schedule. We then finalize layouts, materials, and specifications. For projects that benefit from visualization, we provide detailed renderings for review and approval before moving ahead.
4. Final Quote Approval
After all details and selections are confirmed, we issue a final quote reflecting the approved scope before production begins.
5. Production
Your cabinetry is manufactured in-house in Chester County using quality materials and precise processes.
6. Delivery (and Installation if applicable)
We coordinate delivery based on your project schedule. Installation is provided for select projects and confirmed during estimating.
Not always.
If you have measurements, plans, or a clear layout, we can often provide a preliminary estimate based on the information submitted through our project form.
For larger, more detailed, or custom projects, we may recommend an on-site consultation to confirm measurements and project conditions before moving into final design and production.
Our goal is accuracy — whether that starts from your plans or a site visit.
Yes — for select projects.
We install smaller cabinetry projects such as built-ins, mudrooms, vanities, closets, and specialty millwork.
For larger projects like kitchens, we frequently provide delivery-only service for builders or third-party installers. Installation details are discussed during the estimating phase so expectations are clear before production begins.
Lead times vary depending on project size, complexity, and our current production schedule.
After your design and selections are finalized, we provide a clear production timeline so you know exactly what to expect for manufacturing and delivery.
Because all cabinetry is built in-house, we maintain control over quality and scheduling — and we communicate clearly if timelines shift due to material availability or scope changes.
Yes.
During the design phase, we guide you through selecting door styles, finishes, hardware, and functional storage solutions that align with your space and budget.
Whether you're a homeowner looking for direction or a builder/designer working from a defined specification, we ensure all materials and details are clearly documented and approved before production begins.
Our goal is to make sure what goes into production is exactly what you expect.
Projects follow a clear payment structure:
We accept check, cash, and credit card.
All payment terms are reviewed and confirmed in writing before production begins. Final payment prior to delivery or installation.
Yes.
We partner with a trusted financing provider to offer flexible payment options for qualified homeowners. Checking available rates does not impact your credit score, and approval decisions are handled directly through the financing provider.
If financing is something you’d like to explore, let us know during the estimating phase.
Yes.
We regularly partner with builders and designers who handle installation themselves. Once layouts and specifications are finalized, we manufacture cabinetry in-house and coordinate delivery according to your project schedule.
Our goal is to provide precise, well-built cabinetry that integrates seamlessly into your build process.
We can work from a variety of formats, including:
The more detailed and accurate the information provided, the more efficient and precise the estimating and production process will be. If clarification is needed, we’ll review details before moving forward to ensure everything is aligned prior to manufacturing.
Lead times vary depending on project size, complexity, and current production volume.
Once layouts and specifications are finalized and approved, we provide a clear manufacturing timeline that aligns with your build schedule.
Because all cabinetry is produced in-house, we maintain control over scheduling and communicate proactively if material availability or scope changes affect timing.
We can invoice either:
Billing structure is confirmed during project setup to ensure accounting and communication are aligned from the start.
We build to approved plans and specifications. If field verification is needed, this should be discussed during the estimating phase so responsibilities are clearly defined before production begins.
