We verify that all parts and pieces are complete, correct, and damage-free — and if anything is missing or flawed, we handle replacement directly with Cabinotch® so you don’t have to. We lightly sand all dados, channels, and joints to ensure smooth, easy assembly on-site.
Then we carefully repack, organize, and label each bundle by cabinet number, making job-site staging faster and reducing assembly errors.

After design approval and deposit, RTA orders typically take 2–3 weeks to complete. If we're applying a finish, allow 3–4 weeks total to account for production, shipping, inspection, prep, and finishing.
Absolutely — every RTA kit is designed to fit your space, not standard box sizes.
We use PureBond® formaldehyde-free plywood, hardwood face frames, and Blum® soft-close hardware — the same high-end materials we use in our full custom cabinetry.
We verify and inspect every kit in-house. If anything needs replacing, Burkard handles it directly with Cabinotch® — you don’t have to manage it yourself.
Burkard RTA kits are designed for job-site assembly by your team or installer. We’re happy to refer local trades if needed.
