Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit secures your spot on our schedule. Then, we move into the design phase — where your ideas start taking shape. Depending on the project, we may create detailed renderings to help you visualize the final result and make confident decisions.

3. Final Quote & Project Kickoff
After design is finalized, we’ll present a final quote that reflects all approved details and selections. From there, our team gets to work — managing every step with care and craftsmanship until your space is complete.

Yes! We start every project with a free, no-obligation consultation — and you'll meet directly with Don, our owner and lead craftsman. During the visit, Don will take measurements, snap a few photos, and walk through the space with you to discuss layout ideas, material options, and what’s possible for your project.

After the consultation, we’ll send you a detailed preliminary estimate within 1–3 business days. It’s a relaxed, informative first step — designed to give you clarity without any pressure.

 The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project. After our initial consultation, we'll provide you with a detailed timeline tailored to your specific project. Throughout the process, we keep you updated, so you’ll always know what to expect. 

Absolutely! During the design phase, we’ll guide you through selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with your vision and budget. Our goal is to help you make choices that you'll love for years to come. 

 We’ll discuss a payment schedule that works for you before the project begins. Typically, an initial deposit secures your spot, with additional payments scheduled throughout the project. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.
